Jocelyn PredovichPresident & Licensed Mortgage Consultant

Jocelyn Predovich was born and raised in Cañon City, Colorado. She graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she earned two business degrees in finance and computer information systems. She then pursued a career as a marketing strategist for large corporations, the latest being Agilent Technologies (Hewlett Packard) in Loveland, Colorado.

After spending four years in the high-tech industry, Jocelyn had the opportunity to fulfill her long time career interest in the mortgage industry. Early in her mortgage career, Jocelyn was fortunate to mentor under several successful mortgage business owners. During this time she honed the skills necessary to become successful in the lending industry. After helping hundreds of satisfied clients, Jocelyn sought the next step in her longtime career goals and began to build a group founded on the principals she learned early on in life and still exhibits today.

As a big fan of the diverse downtown Denver culture, Jocelyn and her husband Brock are currently renovating their early-1900s home in that area. Jocelyn is a yoga enthusiast and loves spending time in the Colorado outdoors, taking advantage of the hiking and biking trails as often as possible. In her spare time Jocelyn also enjoys trading stock options.
